The long and international experience of my partners and myself guarantees a swift and practical assessment of your situation. This will include ability and willingness to change and improve throughout the organisation (both IT and business) since these parameters drive the options and timelines for feasible improvements looking to the existing organisation. Sometimes the company needs faster change. Than other measures will be considered but will always include your sourcing strategy. 

The following may sound weird but is mostly true: successful "IT" is primarily not about technology, but much more about how people and the organisation deal with the IT function and how the IT function deals with people and the organisation. This usually implies that after analysis you should not expect proposals for huge investments in new IT hardware and software. But do expect clear and targetted proposals to improve the way people work (people + process + IT + partners) with small changes to systems, since we believe that systems per sé are not the main root causes for most IT problems.

We develop change plans with all stakeholders and will focus on clear benefits, identifying and mitigating risks, projecting investments where needed and of course tangible results. And do expect a (revised) sourcing strategy.
Once the plans have been agreed we can further help you with hands-on change management support in order to implement the agreed plans.
